Returns
If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for up to 7 days from the original purchase date. Our Online Return Center makes returns easy, Merchandise must be unworn, and in the original packaging. We'll also accept the return of incorrect or defective merchandise that meets the guidelines below.
Unworn Merchandise: Includes any item that is in new condition, still contains the original tags and is in the original packaging (if any). Returns will not be accepted if item exhibits any obvious signs of wear or is not in the condition in which it was received. Defective Merchandise: Includes any item that does not perform as expected or exhibits damage not associated with normal wear. Does not include items that are the wrong size, color, or style. Incorrect Merchandise: Contact us via e-mail or use our Phone Support if you received an item that is different than what was described on the website or is the wrong size, color, or style than what you ordered.
Exchanges
If you received a faulty item or would like to exchange an item for a different one, simply place another order for the desired item and return the faulty item to us. See below for how to send a return to us. As stated above, merchandise must be unworn and in the original packaging. We'll also accept the return of incorrect or defective merchandise that meets the guidelines below. Because of the time involved in shipping and processing your return, we recommend placing a new order right away to ensure the item you want is in stock. Availability of items can change quickly--if you wait to place a new order until after your return is processed, items in your original order may no longer be available. Please note that if the price of the item has changed since you placed your original order, we'll be happy to honor the previous price on your new order--just contact us using the Call 24/7 link at the top of our site.
Packing & Sending Your Return
The way you return an item to us will depend on whether you are returning an item you ordered yourself, an item you received as a gift, or an item you received by mistake. But each process is designed to be as easy as possible for you. Keep in mind that no postage is necessary if the package is mailed from the United States. Returning an item you ordered yourself
- Re-pack (but don't seal) your unused item in the original packaging.

- Click the button that says "I ordered the item."
- Answer all questions to complete the return process.
- Print the return labels and follow the instructions on the screen.
- When you complete the online return process, we will send you a confirmation e-mail that contains details about your return.
- Pack up your return package by following the instructions on the return labels.
Returning an item you received as a gift Here's how to send us your return (keep in mind that after you return your gift, the refund will go to the gift purchaser):
- Re-pack your unused item in the original packaging.
- Include the original packing slip.(If you have lost the packing slip, we'll be happy to look up your order number which will be used to ensure your return is processed correctly--just contact us using the Call 24/7 link at the top of our site.)

Packing slip and Order Number
Finding the Order Number on Your Packing Slip: Look for a chain of characters located below your billing address: e.g., Order ID xxx-xxxxxxx-xxxxxxx. If you no longer have the packing slip: Visit our online returns center (Click Here) and complete the return process. We'll provide you with a return authorization number for returning the item. Unfortunately, WatchTrendz.com can not be responsible for returns packages lost in transit. Sorry, we cannot accept COD deliveries. If you have any questions about the status of your return, contact us via e-mail or use our Phone Support. Allow four weeks from the shipping date for your account to be credited and 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your credit card statement.
Product Recalls and Safety
If you have questions about a product recall, please contact the manufacturer for further assistance. We'll send an e-mail notice to you with recall information and instructions if we are informed of a product recall for an item you purchased. If you think a product might be unsafe, please report this information to the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) or contact WatchTrendz directly at info@watchtrendz.com.

Refunds for Returns
We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. In most cases, we'll issue a refund in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase within 1 to 3 business days of our receiving your return. You can view completed returns and refunds at the bottom of an order's summary page in My Account. If the return and refund do not appear in My Account within four weeks from the day you sent us your return, please contact us for further assistance. Keep in mind that if you have received a gift and would like to return it for a refund, the person who gave the gift will receive the refund. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
How Refunds Are Calculated
Items that are returned due to our error: Damaged, defective, or incorrect merchandise will receive a full refund if items meet our returns guidelines. Order-level discounts: Order-level discounts will be distributed proportionately across multiple items. If you return one item from a multi-item order, you will be credited the item's price (as well as any taxes). The proportionate amount of the order discount will be deducted from the price . Items that do not meet return guidelines: Any item that is returned but does not follow our return guidelines may receive a partial refund. This includes items not in new condition, damaged, missing accessories, or not returned in the condition in which they were received originally.
