    Shipping Questions
    What shipping options does Watchtrendz.com have?
    Watchtrendz.com ships all orders via UPS. We offer as a standard UPS Ground shipping free.

    How soon will Watchtrendz.com ship my order?
    Most orders are shipped within 7-10 business days. If for some reason we are unable to ship within 10 business days, we will offer you a full refund and will notify you when the watch becomes available. Multiple quantity orders, orders that require sizing, or orders that require address verification (such as alternate shipping addresses), may be delayed. If your order will have a delay of more than two business days, we will attempt to contact you..

    Does Watchtrendz.com ship to International locations?
    At this time Watchtrendz.com only ships within the United States.

    Does Watchtrendz.com ship to Puerto Rico or other U.S. territories?
    Yes, Watchtrendz.com can ship orders to most valid U.S. territories such as Puerto Rico and Guam. In these cases we ship via U.S. Postal Service Express Mail or UPS. There is an additional $12 fee for this service. Please allow 3 to 7 days for delivery.

    Does Watchtrendz.com ship to APO or other foreign military addresses?
    Yes, Watchtrendz.com can ship orders to most valid U.S. military addresses such as APO's. In these cases we ship via U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail. There is an additional $12 fee for this service. Please allow 7 to 10 days for delivery.

    Are Watchtrendz.com shipments insured?
    Yes, Watchtrendz.com, at its own expense, insures all orders prior to shipping so there is no need to worry about lost or damaged shipments.

    Can Watchtrendz.com have my order delivered on a Saturday or Sunday?
    Watchtrendz.com can ship your order on a Friday for a scheduled Saturday delivery. Simply tell us in the special instructions when you check out. There is no Sunday delivery available.

    Will I need to be present to receive the delivery?
    We do require a signature for the delivery. A person would need to be available to sign and receive the order. This helps avoid delayed deliveries lost shipments. All orders over $700 require an adult signature to sign and receive the order, sorry

    Can I ship the order to an address other than my credit card's billing address?
    At this time, Watchtrendz.com can only ship to your credit card's billing address unless you contact your credit card company and add your shipping address on file as an alternate address.

    All watches sold from Watch Trendz are 100% guaranteed to be authentic and genuine. We do not ever sell replica, or imitation watches. All watches come in the original packaging with all original paperwork and factory serial numbers if applicable.  Rolex watch's are pre-owned unless otherwise stated.

    Will Watchtrendz.com size my watch before it is shipped?
    If the watch you want to order has a re-sizable bracelet or metal band, you may ask us to adjust its size.
    Please measure your wrist, using a soft ruler or measure tape. Add 0.25 to 0.5 Inch, depending how loose you like it.)

    How do I measure my wrist?

    What if I need additional links for my watch?
    Please contact us using the contact form to see if additional links are available. Please include the model number of the watch and final size you will need. There may be a charge for additional links.

    What is Watch Trendz's return policy?

    The watch I want to order appears to be out of stock, can I order it?
    Please E-Mail us at with the model number and a valid email address and we will automatically notify you when it is available. Unfortunately we do not take back-orders for watches.

    The watch I want is not listed on your web site, can you special order it for me?
    Yes, in the watch lines that we are an authorized dealer for, we can special order the watch.  However models that are discontinued or are on a close out special would not be able to be special ordered. .



    After the Order is Complete
    The tracking number I received does not appear to be valid.
    Often, we generate tracking numbers for order before your watch is physically shipped. Once the carrier picks up and scans your package, it will be track able. This typically happens around 7 to 8 PM pacific time on business days only.

    I just received my watch and I need to have it sized, what are my options?
    We recommend that you take your watch to a local jewelry store that provides this service.

    I need to get the battery changed in my watch.
    If your watch has a warranty through Watchtrendz.com, please fill out the RMA request form and Watch Trendz will change the battery for you. If your warranty is through the manufacturer, please consult the manufacturer and follow their guidelines for battery replacement.

    I would like to exchange my watch, what do I need to do?
    You must obtain a return authorization. Please email us for our complete return policy and instructions for exchanging the watch.

    I would like to return my watch for a refund, what do I need to do?
    You must obtain a return authorization. Please email us for our complete return policy and instructions for returning the watch. Promotional Gifts Must Be Returned with the Watch, Gift Certificates/Cards should not be returned and will be Deducted from the refund amount.

    My watch appears to be defective, what should I do?
    Please email us and describe the issue with as much detail as possible. Please include the watch model number and your order number.

    I have not received a watch I ordered?
    Please email or call us with your name, order number, and watch model and we will investigate your situation.

    My warranty is through Watch Trendz, and I need my watch serviced.
    Please Email us with your name, order number, and watch model and we will contact you with instructions for obtaining warranty service.

    How do I track my order after it is placed?
    If you provided a valid email address when you placed your order, you will be emailed a link where you can check your order status and get your tracking number. Your tracking will also be emailed to you once your order is packaged.
